Spider-Woman #1 Preview

Daredevil collaborators Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev are teaming up again for the first time since 2007's Civil War: Confession one-shot, and this time it's on their long-awaited on-going series, Spider-Woman. You can expect heavy thematic content, a gritty art style, and amazing dialog. Hopefully. Though Secret Invasion wasn't exactly a success, the things Bendis and Maleev are capable of together are remarkable.

Jessica Drew is living in a world in which she feels she does not belong, and it's time for her to make her mark. Spider-Woman #1 comes out this Wednesday, September 23. The cover price is $3.99, but don't let that deter you. In fact, how about we throw a little preview your way? The issue is releasing with two covers: the Maleev one and the Alex Ross, pictured below.
