Ah, the Justice Society of America. That classic team of throwbacks and young'uns that always seems to be about twice the size of any other superteam going. The founding fathers of the superhero community, stemming back to the bygone World War II era. Where nostalgia goes to become relevant again.
Tomorrow, JSA hits issue #50, and to commemorate that, writer Marc Guggenheim gets to work with five different artists on four different stories about various points in the long and storied history of organization for a super-sized 56-page book. Not only do we have snazzy covers from Darwyn Cooke and Felipe Massafera, but inside there's art from the legendary George Perez, Scott Koblish, Howard Chaykin, Freddie Williams and Tom Derenick.
Check out these preview images from JSA #50, and respect your history, son.
