So this week for the Pre-Game we have decided to check out playboy’s newest concoction the playboy energy drink. So we busted out the best and the nastiest liquor we could find, mixed it up with lots of energy and found out what worked, and what made us wish we were already making out with the porcelain king. So upcoming are the usual bad boys; vodka, brandy, and tequila. The following are the good the bad and the ugly of each.
Vodka: We went with the Grey Goose on this one, and I have to say it was decent, it makes it a lot sweeter, and is pretty much a vodka redbull type drink. However I think the Playboy may have a bit more sugar too it so expect a slightly sweeter taste. This would be just fine as a shot or a drink. So if you’re into the sweets than this is for you.
Brandy: Brandy actually has a bit more of a vanilla taste. It was actually probably my favorite of the bunch. I would actually suggest this drink to pretty much any one, because like I said it has the sweeter taste for those who like that, but it has the after kick for those who enjoy the more stiff drink. Some girls may even want a chaser with this one. This one might be able to be pulled off as a drink, but is best served as a shot.
Tequila: This was absolutely disgusting; I would in no way suggest this drink to anyone ever. We used Jose Quervo and even though it’s not the highest of quality of Tequila I don’t think Patron, or any type of high quality Tequila would save it. So please for the love of God never mix these two drinks.
So there ya have it, three different hard alcohols all mixed with a redbull type energy drink. So if you’re in the mood for something new you may want to give one of these a shot. See ya next week!
