The episode this week starts off with Jeff Zucker (the NBC executive) looking at a likeablity chart and Conan falls below Brad Pitt, and cancer, which is admittedly the one time I laughed. This leads Zuckers to take Conan to the Carnival and abandon him, once realizing he is all alone and has no friends he starts talking to puppets about what a loser he is and they soon sing a song about it. This inspires the puppet master to kid nap Conan and make loads of money off him by making him sing a song about how he will never hit puberty. Then of course Jim Gaffigan shows up and saves the day, which then leads to one more stab at Conan being underappreciated and underpaid. Now Conan is usually very sarcastic and even witty at the best of times, taking what are commonly really funny stabs at himself. In Pale Force however there are moments that can be described as grin worthy at best.
Pale Force was created by New Yorker cartoonist Paul Noth, Written by Jim Gaffigan and Paul Noth. Music by Patrick Noth. All voices by Jim.
Final Score: Don’t bother.
