Add one more publisher to the digital comics list, as Dynamite Entertainment revealed they would be making some of their books available for download on the iPhone, iPod Touch, Android, and the upcoming iPad via digital distributor iVerse. The first book is already available, Sherlock Holmes #1 by Leah Moore, John Reppion, and Aaron Campbell, with covers from Dynamite covers mainstay, John Cassaday. One issue will be available every week, at .99 cents a piece.

Dynamite plans to have many more comics available throughout this year, including Super Zombies #1-5, The Complete Dracula #1-5, Terminator: Infinity #1-5, Raise the Dead #1-4, and The Complete Alice in Wonderland #1-5.

The comics can be found through the iVerse application on the iPhone and iPod Touch, or directly through the Apple App Store in iTunes or Apple's mobile devices. Android users will have to wait a little longer, as iVerse will release an application for the device later this year.

"Dynamite Entertainment has a very high quality and diverse catalog of titles in their library, and we couldn't be more pleased to offer some of that material digitally," said iVerse Media CEO, Michael Murphey. "Apple's devices are just the beginning - it's going to be a very interesting year."
