In what is looking to be a similar campaign to last week's reveal of the new Avengers team, Marvel Comics released a teaser today announcing Ed Brubaker and Mike Deodato's May 2010 series Secret Avengers. We're surely in for a week full of additional teasers (and hopefully some reveals), so be sure to check back here daily for any and all updates.
For now, here's a gander at the first image:
UPDATE 1: As expected, Marvel sent out another teaser this morning, with a similarly looming silhouette. I can see a billowing cape. Dr. Strange perhaps? Let the rumors run rampant!
UPDATE 2: Another day, another teaser! This time around, the newest tease definitely has womanly... assets, and yet again, another billowing cape. The only person that comes to mind for me is Ms. Marvel, which would make sense. Oh, Marvel, how you pique my interest. Stay tuned!
UPDATE 3: True to form, Marvel has delivered one more image for us to speculate on. I'm gonna go with War Machine. Everyone else?
