Planet Hulk Animated Feature Smashes to DVD/Blu-ray February 2

One of the most definitive Incredible Hulk stories in Marvel history, Planet Hulk, is hitting stores once more on February 2, but this time it's on DVD and Blu-ray. Planet Hulk is the latest Marvel Animated Feature in conjunction with Lionsgate Home Entertainment, and is set to deliver this epic tale in glorious 1080p widescreen high definition (on Blu). Both editions will feature absolutely stellar box art from the amazing Alex Ross.

Planet Hulk tells the story of Bruce Banner as he his exiled to the planet Sakaar by Earth's heroes as he becomes too dangerous to keep on Earth. Becoming enslaved under the tyrannical rule of the planet, Hulk becomes a mighty gladiator forced to fight for the enjoyment of his masters. However, when he bonds with his fellow fighters, it may just turn out that Hulk is the hero they need to rescue them from their enslaved lives.

Running 81 minutes with 5.1 Dolby Digital sound on DVD and 7.1 DTS HD Master Audio on Blu-ray, Planet Hulk comes with a wealth of bonus features, including digital copy, a sneak preview of the next Marvel Animated Feature, Thor: Tales of Asgard, featurettes, commentary, an episode of Wolverine and the X-Men, both the Spider-Woman and Astonishing X-Men motion comic, and a whole lot more.
