That's right folks, Vince McMahon is looking to take over another form of entertainment by bringing WWE and its Superstars and Divas into the world of comics. Partnering with Titan Publishing, the flagship title has been dubbed WWE Heroes, and will be launching on March 23, 2010, with an initial order of 20 issues.

All of the expected WWE Superstars and Divas will be in the mix, including Undertaker, Triple H, John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Chris Jericho, Kane, Edge, CM Punk, Kelly Kelly and the rest of the roster. Writer Keith Champagne (Ghostbusters: The Other Side, Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters) aims to work the WWE Universe around an "eternal rivalry" involving someone called the Shadow King. With art and covers by Andy Smith, WWE and Titan Publishing are looking to create a whole new fictional universe revolving around their famous characters.

As an exclusive comic book specialty store cover, WWE Heroes #1 will feature a lovely variant cover from Liam Sharp showcasing Triple H, Kelly Kelly, and Michelle McCool. Head over to the next page for a look at issue #1, including both covers! And as always, stay tuned to CraveOnline for more coverage of the WWE comics!
