It's Spider-Man versus Deadpool!

Howdy friends and welcome back to Versus where we pit two characters against each other in an all out struggle for supremacy. This week we deal with the comic relief that resides inside the Marvel Universe. With a comedic character for the older generation and a raging psychopath for the kiddies (what?).  There is much debate about which guy is funnier, who would win in a fight etc. etc.

We’re going to weigh this matter out in our new and improved fight page, so read on my friends, read on.

The Tale of the Tape:

Spider-Man

Powers: Young Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider and received the proportionate strength of a spider (which is pretty frickin’ strong), the ability to stick to almost any surface (yes even Teflon), impeccable agility and balance, and an early warning sensation dubbed Spider Sense. Peter’s Spider Sense allows him to perceive danger before it strikes so that he can perform acts like dodging bullets and attacks from behind.

Weaknesses: Women, alien symbiotes, dudes named Flash, women, Hollywood sequels, Howard Mackie, and women.

Deadpool

Powers: Wade Wilson has an artificial healing factor that enables him to quickly recover from just about any injury. Due to his healing factor he has enhanced physical abilities, speed stamina, strength the whole nine. Wade is also an expert martial artist and marksman, and swordsman.

Weaknesses: Logic, reason, rational discussions about life, noxema, Tom Cruise, witty writers and video game programmers, and last but not least shoddy animation (take that Hulk Vs.)
