Ultimate Origins #5 (Marvel)
Ultimatum promises to be one of Marvels biggest events, and Ultimate Origins gets you all set for the slugfest to come. The series has covered the mysterious beginnings to the Ultimate Universe and its characters, starting with the mysterious Watchers that have suddenly awakened all over the planet. While there are a lot of differences between this universe and Marvel’s Earth 616 Rick Jones is apparently the center of the Marvel Universe. Find out what I mean by picking up not only this book, but the entire series.
The Odd Squad (DDP)

Ready to laugh? That’s what’s in store for you when you read the Odd Squad. Follow UFO chaser Charlotte Springs, her kid sister and a host of other characters as they break down the mysteries of the occult and much more. The first issue is great as far as introductions go, and you can just tell that this is only the beginning. Make sure to find this book in the back issues bin sooner rather than later.
Fantastic Four #561
The death of Sue Richards indeed, no one does it bigger than the Fantastic Four especially in their own book. While it’s true that Susan Richards dies there is more to the story than that statement would suggest. The future is always a weird thing to deal with in comics and this issue takes a new spin on some old ideas. Be warned, this issue creates a lot of questions so be prepared to start reading FF again because of it.
Knights of the Old Republic #35

Vindication part 4 is a huge turning point for this book and the Star Wars Universe. The Draay Estate on Coruscant is the site of a pivotal battle that has universal implications. In the end Lucien Draay is forever changed and Zayne is well, vindicated. The story ends one long chapter for the series and allows for the book to race off in a new direction. There has never been a better time to start reading Knights of the Old Republic.
