Barry Allen is kind of in a tough spot right now, having been arrested for the murder he has not yet committed (Minority Report, anyone?). As such, with The Flash #6, he's being brought before The Court of Temporal Justice who shall determine his fate. Geoff Johns and Francis Manapul have brought Barry Allen back with a (flash)bang in the new ongoing Flash series, and the final chapter of "The Dastardly Death of the Rogues" will surely make the series that much more exciting.
