Somehow, a Green Lantern issue that features both Las Vegas and Larfleeze makes perfect sense to me.
This month, Geoff Johns and Doug Mahnke send the New Guardians to Sin City in search of Predator, the entity of Love in the form of a Star Sapphire. The creative team has hinted that Predator is different from the other entities, but hopefully in Green Lantern #57 we'll discover why. While Brightest Day barrels forward, I'm looking forward to (hopefully) one panel i which Larfleeze discovers his new heaven on Earth in the form of Las Vegas.
Green Lantern #57 comes out this Thursday, September 9 with a regular cover from Mahnke and Christian Alamy with a 1:10 variant by Ryan Sook, Fernando Pasarin, and Joel Gomez.
