Geoff Johns and Gary Frank return this week with another entry for their re-definition of the Superman origin tale. It seems Lex Luthor might be finally turning his priorities towards detroying the ever prevailent Man of Steel, meanwhile Big Blue has problems of his own as he meets Parasite (presumably the Rudy Jones edition) for the first time.
Many thought that Secret Origin was going to be a pointless replay of tales past, but by issue #4 I think that Johns and Frank have proven that superior characterization and a stunning rendition of Superman in the style of Christopher Reeve can go quite a long way. Look at this cover for Pete's sake. I mean, really.
