If you're sad that the new live-action TV show got the ax, seeing the Glamazon save Batman's bacon should help ease that pain.

So we're not going to get a David E. Kelley version of Wonder Woman on the boob tube this fall, since the pilot was panned and given a pass.  However, the Amazon Amabassador's much more classic iteration is swinging her way onto Batman: The Brave and the Bold for the first time ever this Friday, May 27, at 6:30 pm EST on The Cartoon Network.

Much was made of the drastic changes Kelley was making to Diana Prince, making her the CEO of Themyscira Inc. and what-have-you, but if you were one of the many up in arms at those ideas, you're gonna love how the slam-bang fun-time gang behind Batman: BATB treat her - with that wonderful old-school vibe, complete with the use of her unforgettably groovy 70s TV theme song.

Check out the "Scorn of the Star Sapphire" clip below from TV Guide to see what they've got in store.  Dare you not to smile.
