Looks like Doc Strange has found a lady love from the past thanks to the Concordance Engine.
The Concordance Engine is a weird funky time-machine sort of thing that The Defenders have just discovered, currently being used by Prester John to try to destroy the world in The Defenders #2. In two issues time, it looks like Dr. Strange will be trying to figure out the mystery of the thing, and reconnect with a lady love from beyond time in the process.
