Nobody wants to turn on the oven during the hot, humid, summer months. If you’re already paying for air conditioning, why would you want to add more heat to your house? You might as well do exactly what your mom told you not to do and leave the back door open to “let out all the cold air.” If you aren’t using your oven, though, how precisely do you cook meals?
