"Oh! If I was going to do S.H.I.E.L.D., I'd like to be — you know Charlie's voice on Charlie's Angels? That would be perfect. Because everybody recognizes my voice. That would be good enough for me. And I told Joss that."
Samuel L. Jackson definitely has a vision for Nick Fury if invited to be part of Joss Whedon's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." television show. The actor who has become Fury (and, by the way, is in EVERYTHING) said in an article on Crave's ComicBookMovie website that he's very interested in showing up on the small screen alongside Clark Gregg's Agent Coulson. (Would that make Gregg Bosley?)
Whedon has already said he doesn't want capes in the show as it's more about an ensemble trying to figure out how the world works with superheroes in it ... but he hasn't nixed having Nick Fury show up. So, we'll see what happens when "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." premieres this fall, Tuesdays at 8 p.m. (7 p.m. Central) on ABC.
