You work full-time. You try to be social. You try to make time for your significant other. And oh ya, you also try to find time to workout. But not only is it hard to find the time to hit the gym, when you do, you’re usually exhausted once you finally get there. So how do you fix it?

You eat. Well, you eat right, all before heading out the door for your workout. What does your body need? Quality carbs, healthy fats, lean protein and fluids. Essentially your muscles rely on stuff like breads, cereals, pastas, fruits and veggies for quick energy.
