This is What ‘Drive’ Would Look Like if Ryan Gosling Was an Uber Driver

It turns out that Drive would feature much more dialogue.

A new parody trailer has offered a glimpse of an alternate world version of the modern cult classic Drive, in which Ryan Gosling’s character is an Uber driver rather than a getaway driver for hire.

The spoof, titled Drive 2: The Uber Years, features an uncanny Ryan Gosling lookalike picking up a sobbing drunk woman, falling asleep at the wheel after being suffocated with vape fumes and, of course, being threatened with one-star ratings.

Created by YouTuber Joey Thompson, who assumes the role of Ryan Gosling’s doppelganger in the 4-minute video, the parody has gained a lot of traction online since being posted yesterday, already attracting over 350,000 views.
