The classic anime movie Ghost in the Shell comes to live-action, but it doesn’t come to life. This week on The B-Movies Podcast, film critics William Bibbiani and Witney Seibold have a heated debate about the exact reasons why the new Ghost in the Shell sucks so much. “Reasons,” as in plural. They may not agree on the exact reason why, but both Bibbs and Witney agree it’s basically awful.
Also this week, Bibbs and Witney review the new drama The Zookeeper’s Wife and speculate about the ramifications of Joss Whedon’s Batgirl movie and Sylvester Stallone departed the Expendables franchise.
