Anthrax's Scott Ian is sending Lobo to Hell. Also, there's dolphins.

Now, I'm no mathlete, but if you work out the following equation, metal god Scott Ian + dolphins + Satan + frenetic artist Sam Kieth x chihuahuas from Hell + violence (cubed), the obvious solution is Lobo: Highway to Hell. So yes, you read that correctly: Anthrax's long-bearded hero Scott Ian is making his way to comics, tackling the Main Man himself, fanboys' beloved Lobo. Joining him is comics legend Sam Keith (The Maxx), who last drew the character in Batman/Lobo: Deadly Serious.

It seems Ian is pitting Lobo against his biggest challenge yet, the Devil himself. For whatever reason, Satan has it out for the Main Man. Though I love me some Lobo, I'm more excited to see if Scott Ian can make his beard proud by writing one hell of a comic book. Hopefully, it's the first of many to come. Lobo: Highway to Hell #1 is in shops today.
