1. Wolverine

The man. That’s the best way to describe Wolverines importance to Marvel Comics. Logan is the go-to guy in Marvel Comics hands down. I often call him the hardest working character in fiction and that is no exaggeration. Wolverine has a virtual library of current titles that he’s either starring in or a member of. That doesn’t include the countless guest appearances he logged over the years. I remember was he was just an interesting character and not the rock star he has become. So how did an unstoppable killing machine become the most consistently used character in Marvel? It probably has something to do with him getting the best dialogue, best back story, and coolest look in comics today. To put a finer point on it Logan has been involved with just about everybody on this list ion one fashion or another. No matter what the locale or story Wolverine fits in perfectly.
