George (Adam Sandler) is a superstar comedian who learns that he has an untreatable blood disorder and is given less than a year to live. Ira (Seth Rogen) is a struggling up-and-coming stand-up comedian, and one night, these two perform at the same club and George takes notice of Ira. George hires Ira to be his semi-personal assistant as well as his friend, and the influence the two have on one another make for an odd new spin on the buddy comedy that just might work.
CraveOnline's Call: There's a lot to be said for this group of comedians coming together on film. The trailer looks great - it's just too bad Judd Apatow can't make one goddamn movie without putting his frigid wife in it.
