On my way into work this morning I heard on the radio that Kim Kardashian is currently in talks to take over the role of Lara Croft in the newest installment of the Tomb Raider movies.
The upcoming film, shot entirely in 3D, is going to be geared more towards the teen set and said to have a bit more of a cartoon type of feel too it.
We all know that Ms. Croft is drawn on the more ... unrealistic side. That said, however well endowed Ms. Kardashian may be and no matter how well she fits the role - physically - there is the whole "lack of acting ability" question at play.
Actresses in the industry for years and with years of training can't master the British accent nor have the skills needed to take on a role as action packed as Ms. Croft. We're talking backflips and handstands on ledges here, not shaking your money maker.
And if all of that isn't a big enough "WTF" moment, I also found out that Ms. Heidi Montag wants to throw her towel into the ring as well for this part.
"I want to be blonde tomb raider, I'm better with guns then both Angelina and Megan fox put together!" she stated in a recent interview.
A blonde Lara Croft? Well, as long as we're changing the character completely I'll throw my hat in as well!
Look out world! I have a feeling Snookie is going to be popping up somewhere asking to be the next Wonder Woman.
