Guillermo del Toro is definitely on the forefront of special effects, especially true with his vision for detail in films like Pan's Labyrinth and Hellboy. Not surprisingly, Hellboy II: The Golden Army picks up where the original comic book adaptation left off, with an even greater sense of immersion and fantasy.
