In addition to Toronto, it looks like The Incredible Hulk will also film in New York City, according to the City of New York Mayor's Office of Film Theatre & Broadcasting's website. The production set up an office there from June 23 until October 5. Which leads us into the new synopsis for the film posted at ComingSoon.net, where you'll see how New York City comes into the picture..
