The bona fide smash hit The Hunger Games is still #1 at the box office and showing little sign of stopping, so Lionsgate has announced that they're expanding the adaptation of Suzanne Collins' novel to over 100 IMAX screens on April 27, 2012. The engagement will last only one week, presumably to make way for the summer onslaught beginning with Marvel Studios' The Avengers. That's good news.
