At this year's E3, one of the best looking new IPs to debut over the course of the week was Singularity, a first person shooter from Raven Software and Activision. Singularity offers players a unique experience by giving them a TMD (Time Manipulation Device), which they can use to fast-forward, rewind, or suspend time. This can be used not only to solve puzzles, as one might expect, but also as a weapon. Remember that one scene in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? The one where that dude is supposed to pick the Grail out of a lineup, but he selects the wrong one? Yeah, it's pretty much like that.

We talked to Raven Software co-founder Brian Raffle about his game, the time manipulation mechanic, and whether or not he's trying to kick off another Cold War with the Soviets. Check it out!
