This Sunday, instead of sitting home all day playing video games, we thought it would be a welcome change of pace to go somewhere that we could just talk about video games all day instead. What better place than the Spike Video Game Awards?
The VGA's are perhaps the only award show still in existence today that actually award trophies based on merit, attracting some of the biggest names in the business. Hilariously, this award show also has a tendency to attract dozens of bottom-feeding celebrities that have absolutely nothing to do with the game industry other than the occasional off-hand appeaance in a Tony Hawk game or something similar. We had the opportunity to interview people on both sides of that fence for your entertainment and amusement:
