2. Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style

The Wu-Tang Clan is legendary. They are another example of artists, like Michael Jackson, who have dabbled in many different mediums. Unfortunately, starring in video games is not their forte either. While I will give Activision credit for lacing Shaolin Style with the kung-fu references Wu-Tang loves so dearly, it doesn't excuse that the fighting is crap, with unresponsive controls and no jumping ability. However, Activision did release a Wu-Tang style controller for the PlayStation, which looked pretty awesome. However, the game came out in 1999, and this controller had no vibration support or analog sticks, both of which had become standard by that time, rendering the perhipheral relatively useless.
Though members of Wu-Tang would go on to be in better games a few years later (Def Jam Vendetta and its sequels), Shaolin Style is a hearty attempt at using the self-created Wu-Tang mythos in an interesting way, but failing on all accounts.
