Holy. Shit. Balls. Our dream has come true. Mere moments after it was revealed that Telltale Games would be bringing the Jurassic Park license back to gaming, they announce that the Back to the Future franchise will be joining the dino romp. Back to the Future will be another one of the titles Telltale develops in episodic form under the company's new partnership with NBC Universal.

In the midst of all the E3 hoopla. Between all the announcements of AAA titles like Killzone 3, inFAMOUS 2, DJ Hero 2, the new Red Faction, all of them seem insignificant in comparison to this news right here. Back to the Future, hot damn!
Here is an official quote from Telltale Games CEO Dan Connors about both the Back to the Future and Jurassic Park titles.
"I think it's a prime time to reintroduce these properties in the digital world...Telltale Games has always set out to be a great storytelling company. We've been honing our chops over the past six years, and we're ready to take on these two iconic properties and continue to advance storytelling in games."
Both the Back to the Future and Jurassic Park games will continue to expand the lore of both franchises. So don't expect simple retellings of the classic films. Connors teased that the Back to the Future game may include a DeLorean ride back to the 1970s. Shit yea!
