As you can probably tell, PC gaming is really not our forte here at CraveOnline. But with that said, we aren't gods and understand that the PC still has a massive fanbase and we look to honor that. That's why we've assembled a "Hot List" of PC games dropping in 2010 that you, the PC gamer, should be excited for. Some of these games share in common a console counterpart, some are PC exclusive, and some are a long time coming. But either way, they all look like solid offerings.
Mass Effect 2
Release Date: January 26, 2010

Launching tomorrow is part two of the epic Mass Effect trilogy. And luckily for PC gamers, they aren't being shafted this time around and getting a version of the title months after it releases on the Xbox 360. This time both the 360 and PC versions drop on the same day and date. And you should be pumped because Mass Effect 2 takes everything awesome about the first game (characters, atmosphere, dialogue, setting, story), while also fixing the problems that plagued it (shooter combat mostly) and rolls it all into one glorious package. You'll even be able to import your character from the original title to keep continuity consistent between chapters of the trilogy. Therefore, Mass Effect 2 is going to be epic as balls.
Bioshock 2
Release Date: February 9, 2010

Rapture has been missed. Ever since the original Bioshock made a splash (get it?) on consoles and the PC back in 2007 fans have been clamoring for more plasmid goodness. We're hooked. The story was incredible and the gameplay addictive. Now that's all returning and it's worth celebrating. Andrew Ryan might be dead, but Rapture is still a shallow shell of it's proposed beauty. Bioshock 2 also includes an addictive multiplayer component that actually makes sense within the context of the narrative. While it might not be able to live up to the masterpiece of the original, Bioshock 2 is still definitely worth a look.
