There are a lot of great games coming out this holiday season, but probably none greater than Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2. But those looking to get a sample of the action before the game launches on November 10 are shit out of luck. Infinity Ward has no plans to release a demo of the title, making the announcement via their Twitter page with this statement, "No plan for a Demo before launch. The entire team is focused on polish all the way up to ship of the full game."
But approach this from a positive angle, you might have to wait longer to play the game, but hopefully this extra polish will mean it's that much closer to perfection when you actually do get your hands on it. But to brag just a little bit, looks like us here at Crave got the best of both worlds as we've actually played the game, even doing a little write up of our experience in our Modern Warfare 2 hands-on impressions article. So give that a glance, or feel free to watch our Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer interview with the lead designer of the game's multiplayer to tide you over till November 10.
It's the least we can do.
