GTA: Chinatown Wars Headed to PSP

Seems the less than stellar sales of Chinatown Wars on the Nintendo DS has helped push Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive back into the loving arms of Sony. Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars is officially coming to the Sony PSP, in both a UMD format for the older generation handheld, and downloadable for the upcoming PSP Go. The game will include more story missions and include some graphical upgrades such as widescreen support. The founder of Rockstar, Sam Houser, had this to say about bringing Chinatown Wars to the PSP:
"We're proud to extend this truly unique handheld Grand Theft Auto experience to PSP and offer a downloadable version of Chinatown Wars for PSPgo...Rockstar Leeds has shown incredible talent in creating games that raise the bar in terms of depth and innovation on portables, and with Chinatown Wars we have a rich, fast-paced, and incredibly addictive entry into the series."
Translation: We're sorry Sony, please take us back, we'll make you money. Promise.
Dead Space Cameo in Tiger Woods 10

Gaming has seen a lot of weird cross promotion lately, but this might take the cake. I never thought a golf simulator and a survival horror game could stand on the same ground, but this here proves me wrong. The CEC Mining Hazard Suit that Isaac wore in Dead Space is an unlockable costume in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10. Unfortunately, Isaac would be a crap golfer to play a round with as he isn't much for gossip. The costume also doesn't help improve your game at all, it will unlock an achievement called "No Known Survivors," earning you an extra 35 gamerscore points.
Splinter Cell: Conviction Exclusive to Xbox 360

Splinter Cell: Conviction was one of the hottest titles of E3 2009. Easily. And now Microsoft has it all to itself. Splinter Cell: Conviction is officially exclusive to the Xbox 360 and PC platform. In a statement about the move, Ubisoft had this to say:
"Splinter Cell: Conviction is a true Microsoft exclusive title and there are no plans to have Splinter Cell: Conviction on other platforms. There are several reasons behind this choice. First of all, Splinter Cell games are historically linked with Microsoft platforms. The first Splinter Cell on the original Xbox was one of the first games to fully exploit the console's technical possibilities. At that time, Microsoft really believed in the game potential and provided strong support to promote it. So, there is a "link of heart" between the franchise and the platform. Some games are like this (think of Final Fantasy for instance). The second reason behind this choice is purely linked to production. Having a single target platform means that we can optimize the game even further, because we only have one type of - console - hardware to support"
Now while a lot of critics can point to that comment and snicker at the mention of Final Fantasy being a shining example of faithfulness, it's impressive to see a Third Party company sticking to its guns and honoring a partnership, even if it outweighs the money they would make.
