This is the first I've heard of this, but it looks like our favorite teenage turtles, who also happen to be mutants, are once again headed to Xbox Live. However, this time it's the one Turtles game everyone can agree is by far the best--Turtles in Time. Now not only is it coming to Live, at some undisclosed date (and time), but it will also be getting a complete visual overhaul. The Pizza Blog seems to be the first place to drop the news, along with some snapshots of the biggest TMNT fan getting a crack at the game to prove it's legitimacy.
The two playable levels during this demo session were "Alleycat Blues" and "Skull and Crossbones." Being the hardcore fans they are, the Pizza Blog noticed that the bosses for "Skull and Crossbones" were Tokka and Rahzar (the original version had Rocksteady and Bebop) which leads the guys to believe the updated port uses the original Arcade version as its foundation instead of the later console edition. So don't go in expecting the Technodrome or Rat King levels. Sorry. But still, it's Turtles in Time, I'll take it anyway I can get it. Check the photos below from The Pizza Blog for evidence.
