To kick off San Diego Comic-Con, Activision has announced the vocal talent for both Spider-Man: Edge of Time and X-Men Destiny. As Activision puts it in their press statement: “world-famous Super Heroes deserve world-class talent!”
The most notable addition to the voice-over cast is Val Kilmer, who will be playing Walker Sloan in Spider-Man: Edge of Time. Joining him will be Laura Vandervoort (Smallville, V) as Mary Jane and Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica) as Black Cat to round out the cast of Spider-Man: Edge of Time.
For Marvel’s merry mutants, Activision has tapped Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes), Jamie Chung (Sucker Punch, The Hangover Part II) and Scott Porter (Friday Night Lights) to voice three brand-new playable mutants in X-Men Destiny.
If you’re attending the San Diego Comic-Con this week, be sure to make time for the Activision Marvel Video Games Panel on Saturday, July 23, at 10:00am in room 5AB. All the voice talent listed above will be sitting down with Stan Lee, writer Peter David and Beenox Studio Head Dee Brown to discuss Spider-Man: Edge of Time, X-Men Destiny and other upcoming Marvel gaming projects.
