AC: Revelations Beta Now Open to All PSN Users

If you have a PSN account, then you can download some sweet multiplayer goodness.

Good news, PSN users. The Assassin’s Creed: Revelations multiplayer beta is now open to everyone, not just PlayStation Plus subscribers and frequenters of Ubisoft’s Uplay reward system. The beta opens up to all PlayStation Network users today (10am PST), for free of course, and runs until September 11, 2011. That gives you a few days to stab some bitches in the face before the beta shuts down for good.

According to a quick post on the PlayStation Blog, the beta is being opened up to all because the initial rollout to PS Plus subs and Uplay users was so successful. So Ubisoft decided to share the love with everyone. How generous of them.

So if you want to see what the multiplayer portion of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations is all about, I suggest you download the beta client as soon as it goes live. Again, you only have a few days to take advantage of the beta before it closes up shop. And then you’re going to have to wait until mid November to play Assassin’s Creed: Revelations again. So make that wait for yourself as painless as possible by sneaking (and snabbing) a few days of play in there, starting now.
