Now that we’re seeing a bigger push for digital distribution and social gaming through internet browsers, are home consoles on the way out? Should Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony throw in the towel and admit defeat to games centered around tending your crops? It’s a question we weight in on over the course of this show. But as a spoiler for the impatient: we would not be happy if consoles disappeared. Not happy at all.
