Left 4 Dead 2 came out some three ago. But that doesn’t mean Valve is done supporting its cooperative zombie shooter with new content. This Friday, August 3,2012, Valve will release a new downloadable content pack for Left 4 Dead 2 on Xbox 360 for 560 MS Points ($7). The DLC pack is currently available for PC and Mac for free.
The new content brings a fan-created campaign called “Cold Stream” to the game, as well as all four maps from the original Left 4 Dead game – “Crash Course,” “Death Toll,” “Dead Air” and “Blood Harvest.”

Here’s the official synopsis for “Cold Stream”:
"This community created campaign throws you deep in the back woods to face thousands of zombies as you battle your way to a helicopter rescue. Don’t let the water or waves of zombies sweep you away to your death."
