If you place gamers on a battlefield in front of massive, winged beasts, they'll most likely consider the possibility of mounting said creatures and soaring directly into the open air.
It's natural…or virtual, or whatever. See dragon, ride dragon. That wasn't a feature in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, of course. Dragons exist in that world so that we may steal their souls and sell their extremely heavy bones, if we don't feel like making armor. Riding them, though? That just wasn't going to happen.
However, to the delight of nerds everywhere, it looks like some sleuths have uncovered a bit of information within an upcoming DLC release for Skyrim.
Files within the 1.8 beta for Skyrim have pointed towards the possibility of riding dragons in the upcoming DLC supposedly named "Dragonborn." Here's a bit of what's got us so excited.
Dragon Mounted Dual Magic, you say?
Mark it a rumor until you hear otherwise, but this information could be amazing.
