Batman: Arkham City has been available for a little over a week by this point. And wouldn’t you know it, the game has sold like gangbusters, pushing 4.6 million units to store shelves and getting 2 million of those copies into the hands of consumers. In short, people are going bat-crazy.
But Rocksteady isn’t moving on from Arkham City just yet. They still have some downloadable content for the title to release. Case and point: Nightwing. Today, WB Games and Rocksteady have sent over a bitchin’ trailer for the original Robin-turned-protector-of-Bludhaven, advertising his upcoming DLC bundle for Arkham City.
The Nightwing DLC bundle will be available on November 1st for Xbox 360 and PS3 owners of Batman: Arkham City. It will cost you 560 MS Points or $6.99 on the PSN. While you won't be able to use Nightwing in the game's campaign, you will be able to use him in Challenge Mode, complete with his own unique moves and gadgets.
In addition to Nightwing, Rocksteady plans to release a Robin DLC bundle on November 22nd for the same price. So if you didn’t get a chance to pre-order Batman: Arkham City at Best Buy in the States and secure your code for Robin then, now you have the chance to add the Boy Wonder to Arkham City for a small price.
