She has a half brother named Kameron.
Taylor Cole went to Mirabeau B. Lamar High School where she traveled with the Junior Olympics volleyball squad. She played on teams from 7th grade until she tore her ACL in a pre-season game her senior year. Afterwards, she turned her attention towards modeling and visited France, Germany and Australia, among other countries. Taylor Cole recalled, "Travelling the world at such a young age exposed me to a variety of cultures and provided a global perspective you just can't learn from a text book. The people I met and friends I made along the way were priceless."
Her nicknames are Tay Tay, T-bones and Bones. She grew up with her dad blocks away from Six Flags, Wet 'n' Wild, and the Texas Ranger Stadium. "What more could a girl ask for?" (taylor-cole.org).
Taylor Cole said her biggest influence personally is "my daddy. He's the most positive and amazing light in my life. Professionally: my mom. She's so driven and knows how to get things done."
Taylor got her start as a model in high school and later moved to New York to pursue her modeling career. She appeared in commercials for Crest, Old Spice and others.
Taylor Cole segued into acting with her role on the television series "Summerland."
Taylor Cole has landed on the "Heroes" webisode series, "The Recruit," and also played a neighbor on "Secret Girlfriend." She's also had roles on "NCIS," "CSI: Miami," "CSI," "Supernatural," "NUMB3RS," and the films "April Fool's Day" and "12 Rounds." She was last seen on "The Glades."
Her favorite getaway is "in my house! I get so little free time, and I just redid my place, so I am loving being there and getting to hang out with friends playing pool or chill movie nights."
Taylor Cole's guilty pleasure is "pole dancing " I love how it makes me feel and it keeps me in shape. It is an amazing workout without feeling like a chore." Her quirk and phobia is that she's a very competitive, fierce ping-pong player, and "I'm afraid of spiders."
She has said, "Girls from Texas are not all about big hair and makeup, and I never rode my horse to school. I swear!"
