This might be, flat out, my favorite short film of all time. Lucas Martell and his team of 100 artists and musicians worked for nearly 5 years on this animated masterpiece, and it shows. Its a breathless romp through the streets (and airspace) of Washington, DC that puts most Pixar shorts to shame.
