Since 2010, Los Angeles locals may have noticed some massive Gibson Les Paul sculptures speckled across the legendary Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. For the end of the 2012 GuitarTown street exhibition, Gibson GuitarTown just held a charity auction at Bonhams, where CraveOnline had exclusive access to checkout all 18 guitar art pieces from world renown artists such as Tristan Eaton, Shepard Fairey, RISK, John Kosh, Tsipi Mani, and Juliana Martinez. Appropriately paying homage to the rock n' roll history of the Strip, the art guitars were inspired by such artists as Jane's Addiction, The Doors, Buffalo Springfield, T-Rex, and even the more recent, Black Eyed Peas.
