This year's Montreal Auto Show is jam-packed with the latest rides as well as a number of special attractions that are keeping car enthusiasts streaming into the Palais des Congres for the nine-day event.
Running from the 17th until the 27th of January, the show is presenting the newest releases from all of the major car brands, and has added some new highlights for this year's installment. Visitors can check out Centennial Avenue and see 100 years of car history with 10 iconic cars representing their respective decade – it's been an incredibly popular addition to the event. There's also a number of test drives going on for a line of electric cars, like the Focus Electric, Fusion Energi, Cmax Energi, i-MiEV, Volt, Nissan LEAF, smart fortwo electric Drive , Prius Plug-in Hybrid. Finally, if you're an electric car driver yourself, you won't want to miss The Electric Circuit – it is the first network of public charging stations for electric vehicles in Canada with nearly 150 terminals of 240 volts, in service in several areas of Quebec. Presented in collaboration with the Electric Circuit, visitors to the Auto Show will find six terminals to recharge their phones. Don’t forget to stop by the Electric Circuit booth on Level 5 to discover some of the advantages of the Electric Circuit.
