This is one of the most terrifying videos we’ve ever seen. A man climbed on stage and pointed a gun at the head of Bulgarian opposition leader Ahmed Dogan during a televised news conference on Saturday. The only reason that Dogan, the leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), survived the attack was because the pistol appeared to jam. After a few seconds of confusion and screaming, the assailant was wrestled to the ground and attacked by delegates at the conference. He was then dragged off the premises by security. It was later revealed that police removed a gas pistol and two knives from the attacker, identified as 25-year-old Oktai Enimehmedov.
