Fake Car Commercial For Girlfriend’s Used 1996 Honda Accord Gets Insane Offers

Next time you need to sell a car, see if you can hire Max Lanman on the cheap.

We have no idea what Lanman does for a living, but he’s probably the greatest amateur commercial director and writer of all-time.

His girlfriend needs to sell her used 1996 Honda Accord. So here’s what Lanman — along with some of his friends — produced for her, which is now one of the top trending videos on the Youtube.

With over a half million views, of course one could say this ‘commercial’ already worked. I mean, it’s got the girl … the cat … DRONE FOOTAGE. Hell, the voice over alone had me sold.

This commercial has everything. Even with it’s brutal honesty, it makes you want to buy this car — a car that’s old enough to buy its own drink at the bar.

And I’m not the only one who feels this way. Just take a gander at how much the car is currently going for on Ebay. It’s just a tad more than the $500 asking price.

Are these troll bids? Will people actually follow through? In the end it probably doesn’t matter. The Youtube views and exposure alone should make them enough money to buy a sweet Monte Carlo.
