F.lashes are a wearable electronic device that could be the biggest thing in EDM since the bass drop.
These “why didn’t I think of it” LED lashes are powered by a 3V coin battery (four hour-plus duration) and safe to wear in the heat of an outdoor music festival or sweaty dance floor.
The interactive, reusable cosmetic gadgets are applied using standard, store-bought lash adhesive. They come in multi-colors and offer five different light effects: Liquid Pour, Twilight Sparkle, Endless Winks, Knight Riding, and Hyper Burst. More effects are being developed.
F.lashes are currently a Kickstarter project that began as a Halloween costume idea. Tavey Designs has exceeded their $40K goal, but you can still get in on the exclusive rewards (campaign ends on July 21), which start at $40 (USD).
