Dave Chappelle Adds Big Names to Radio City Music Hall Residency

Chance the Rapper, Lauryn Hill, Childish Gambino and others will join the comedian on-stage.

Dave Chappelle’s comedy has always been intertwined with music going back to the Chappelle Show days, which showcased the likes of a young Kanye West, John Mayer, and Common.

The enigmatic comedian has been on a bit of a comeback of late, with two Netflix specials, random pop-up gigs and the announcement of an August residency at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall.

Chappelle has added now expanded that August 1st to August 24th residency from 11 to 14 gigs with musical guests: Chance the Rapper, Lauryn Hill, and Yasiin Bey (formerly known as Mos Def) along with the previous announced Childish Gambino, Erykah Badu, Chris Rock, the Roots, Trevor Noah, and Ali Wong.
