Kid Cudi Plans Rock Album, Mixtape, Short Film & More

 

Kid Cudi leapt into Twitter full throttle last night, announcing to the world that he’s releasing a Rock album and in the summer, totally free of rap. Additionally, he’s planning on dropping a new mixtape called A Man Named Scott, but before then, he begins shooting the second season of the HBO drama, How To Make It In America in March. He also made mention of his "Maniac" short film, which Shia LeBouf is directing, and plans for a world tour. 

 

In other words, we’re about to see a whole hell of a lot of Mr. Cudi in 2011. Read it from the man himself, compiled from a series of Cudi’s tweets:
